Customer: how do I view my receipts?
Tech: You’ll need to log into your control panel and go to [Billing section].
Customer: I’m there, but I don’t see [Billing Section]. It says classic view, should I click that?
Tech: Yeah, click on that and see what happens.
Customer: Still not seeing it…
Tech: So you went to [companysite.com] and logged into the control panel?
Customer oh, no, I went to my computers control panel. I need to log into [company] to see my receipts?
